Presso il Mercure hotel saxe la fayette ho speso 5 notti rilassanti e confortevoli. Ho apprezzato molto la stanza, grande e pulita, e la colazione con un’offerta varia e molto buona. La cosa che è preferito è senza dubbio la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff. Fra le cose che invece ho apprezzato meno la piscina, lo spazio era un po’ ridotto e poco rilassante, in contrasto con il resto dell’hotel. Ottima posizione, personalmente lo ritengo fra uno dei miei quartieri preferiti di Lione

Struttura enorme e articolata; posizione comoda per tranvia T1 e con davanti un supermercato; camera quadrupla spaziosa ma con un armadio per metà non apribile e poche grucce (eravamo 3 persone); doccia grande ma senza cuffie per capelli e con sapone per le mani (tutto rimediato su nostra richiesta); set té/caffè essenziale con bollitore in camera; biancheria letto e asciugamani ottimi ma il tutto inficiato da una inguardabile e igienicamente discutibile moquettes ovunque. Colazione molto varia, abbondante e di qualità senza alcun "ma"

Un Hotel del genere deve alzare il livello, non ho trovato igienico mettere le bottiglie dell'acqua accatastato in quel modo e riempirle autonomamente ad un erogatore, chissà se viene mantenuto e fa i test ler la legionella? Ok risparmiare e aiutare l'ambiente, ma questo mi è sembrato un pò imbastito.

Riservando con Accor è la prima volta che abbiamo la camera al primo piano con relativo rumore delle auto. La camera che abbiamo era da rinfrescare con grosse macchie sui muri.
