As the person in charge of quality in this hotel, it is with particular attention that I read your comment. I was sincerely sorry to learn that your last experience in our hotel did not live up to your expectations. I want you to know that customer satisfaction is our top priority, so I apologise for the inconvenience. Rest assured that your comments will be taken very seriously and will enable us to improve even further. From September 2024, our hotel will be undergoing a complete makeover!
