The room was not well maintained , couch broken, blindes broken, the place is going downhill. I stayed there a few years ago but i am very disappointed how the place rooms look now. I will not stay there again in the future.

The issue with your hotel was the food, especially dinner on my last day; I was not happy. I even kept a picture for evidence to send to the ageng who booked on our behalf. I ordered spinach, T-bone, and butternut and the waiter informed me that there's pap, so I also ordered it, but on her way to my room, she delivered a plate that looked horrible, I could not eat the food, I only ate the meat. In the morning with my colleague, we noticed that the croissants were not freshly baked; they were so hard we couldn't even eat them. But the overall experience was nice.
