No internet connectivity in rooms , fan not working, leakage in shower, same breakfast everyday , extremely sad bar , untidy pool, no help from staff in placing luggage either during check in or check out.

Extremely bad treatment and it is appealing as I have had a relationship with this hotel from 1999 and my last visit was just a disaster.Dont even know what I paid for.Imformed the manager and no one bothered to make a follow up which even further broke my heart.
