Your rooms require proper cleaning. Bed had stains on the corners like bed bugs had been killed there. Breakfast was a huge let down. The mat in the dinning area is dirty. A simple renovation when possible would really bring mercure to todays standards.

Specifically, we're addressing the following: Couch Replacement: We agree that updating our couches is necessary to enhance guest comfort. This is already on our planned maintenance schedule for the near future. Television in Main Bedroom: We appreciate the suggestion about adding a television to the main bedroom. We will investigate if this is feasible within our room renovation plans. Cold Food Display: We apologize for the issue with flies around the cold food display. We’ve already taken steps to improve the containment of this area to prevent this issue in the future. Toilet Odor: We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odour you experienced in the toilet. We're investigating the cause and addressing any underlying plumbing or maintenance issues. Your overall feedback helps us to improve the quality of our services.
