The reception staff was a bit unprofessional , I was advised no breakfast is included, time it would be served if I chose to pay separately as well as cost p.p., given the unit access card and wi-fi password and sort of guided to the unit. Inside the unit looked clean and tidy, however , at bath time we struggled to open the taps and then after to close it properly as it needs to be turned extremely tight to shut off the water. The shower door alignment is out, so when it closes the bottom lip 'locks'. From outside one can lift the door slightly to open but not from the inside . I got stuck inside the shower and was scared that it would break the door but thankfully with some pulling and shoving it eventually opened without damage . All the cupboards in the unit smell mouldy, especially in the kitchen. There is a SMART tv in the unit, but no one explained how I would be able to use it. On it there are different option like Netflix but nothing worked. And the last irritation was the fact that I had neighbors above that kept moving and scraping furniture at all hours, only coming to rest later at night.

We also apologize that the check-in process and communication regarding breakfast, television usage, and general guest guidance did not feel professional or informative enough. Additionally, we understand how disruptive noise from neighboring units can be and regret the discomfort caused. The room I stayed in could use some renovation. The air conditioner is outdated and should be upgraded. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was too weak to maintain a stable connection. Since the rooms are equipped with smart TVs, it would be much more satisfactory if they were connected to the network for streaming. Lastly, the restaurant should stick more closely to the breakfast and dinner schedules outlined by the hotel.
