First room aircon did not work. Second room aircon work well, but lights in room did not work. Door lock also did not work properly. Room smelled of mold. Mold in kitchen corner

Having to change rooms due to a malfunctioning air conditioner, and then experiencing further problems with lighting, the door lock, and mold odor is completely unacceptable and not reflective of our standards. Your concerns have been escalated to our maintenance and housekeeping teams for urgent attention, particularly regarding the mold issue, as this is a serious matter. We are also reviewing our room inspection procedures to ensure these issues are identified and resolved before guest arrival. We truly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a significantly improved experience in the future. My experience was amazing. I would appreciate diversity in meals for dinner. I would also appreciate oats or soft porridge for breakfast. Otherwise the staff is amazing, always ready to help. All warm smiles at the reception and dinning area.
