I travel often and I try and give constructive comments all the time. In short, the hotel is a bit tired around the edges, the sofas for example around the bar are filthy at the backs where ones head goes. The resteraunt menu was tiny and not much choice. Staff were helpfull when needed. The aircon in my room did not work, I reported it in the morning as I really only needed it for a bit of heat. The biggest gripe I have with many hotels I stay in is that there is NO 2 pin plug by the bed, meaning the phone is on charge away from the bed. I think for the money it could do better and I doubt I would re book on my next trip to nelspruit, that said, I have now stayed at 4 hotels there and none were what I require.

Very pleasant staff. The room was comfortable . The restaurant had a very limited menu. The hotel is opposite a large mall with plenty of restaurants and shops.
