We love the Hotel and staff who are friendly and polite, but it is more than clear that there is no proper maintainance of the rooms and even the surroundings, there is urgent need to recover the Hotel image. We were truly disappointed and sad to witness the degradation process since last year March.

Loved the staff and the service they provided especially when request to have an iron. This was promptly provided. Room had sockets I could not plug my laptop in. Not even a USB port to help charge my phone. Also, some guests were making noise one night for a long time outside which I believe was a fight. Someone even attempted to open my door. No security came to patrol the area and stop the nuisance. Honestly this will not be my choice next time.
