The service personnel were excellent with regard to trying to resolve my requests. They really did try to accommodate me better than the hotel amenities could allow. However, it is very odd to have a self-catering unit devoid of the utensils required to be able to cater for oneself: No chopping boards, knives, utensils, pots or pans; only one complete set of cutlery, one plate, and one glass; and no dishcloths and dishwashing liquid. Makes absolutely no sense!

Good hotel, secure, friendly staff... but no wi-fi at room 616. Toilet not well cleaned need to wash well the walls I don't want to be stingy but even the towels are not that white.

Mecure hotel used to be one of the best hotels in Nelspruit but on friday on my arrival, I was allocated a room that is next to the construction site which is obviously noisy. There were grass weeds everywhere outside. When I got inside the room, it was stuffy, had a very terrible smell and the linen was not pleasing at all. The general standard totally declined... Unfortunately I don't see myself booking there ever again.

I really enjoyed my stay it's just the few concern that I am having: 1.My main bedroom sheets where not changed in the morning during cleaning 2.Same sheets where repeated and that was a let down for me. 3.The other room with single beds also sheets where not changed 4.The light on the fan not working but I really appreciate the stay and looking forward to repeat my stay again Room 311

The room Had cockroaches ,there was no drinkable water ,The Breakfast was wrapped in Plastic and I had to question the chef why he had to use paper towels to remove excess fat from my food ,wiping my food with paper towels. The food was already made into portions and wrapped in PLastic

No wifi, no carport roof. Not enough cutlery. Child was totally disregarded. I reserved a room to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child but only 2 adults considered

If needs a revamp. the gardens are not well taken care of. in my room the aircon is very noicey and if blows straight on to the bed instead of just cooling the room. i had to put a table and my suitcase in front of the aircon to prevent in blowing on to me at night. the shower door was coming out of its hinges as well. the tiles in the bathroom were coming of the walls. my suggestion would be take out the bath make a nice walk in shower vanity and toilet. as to the kitchen there was no cutlery in at all. the TV remote did not work you had to change channels on the TV as such. I would take one block of rooms , revamp them put a price tag on them and see who nit goes. the location is the best in Nelspruit.

First disclaimer. We were supposed to stay here in April. Hotel was closed due to covid. Took me few months to get my money back, but it finally happened. So I was in contact with the GM before we checked-in this time. Well....so all should have gone smoothly for a Gold Member. Last time I stay her was some 8-10 years ago. On check-in, zero recognition as a Gold Member. I had to call the GM to explain to her about the welcome drink vouchers. Once in the room, zero note or welcome from management. Next, the towels are filthy. They are simply grey and years old. Next...try to get your drink at the bar. They have wine, but not a decent wine glass in view. Look like the GM never checked this place after the lock down! Next, the swimming pool is even more dirty than the towels...had a look....but no thanks! Disgrace! We left at 4.30am....went to pick up my invoice. This is a 24 hours hotel....but nobody in reception beside a cute cat for a good 10 minutes. We left! Next stay, after the Friday night stay, her we are back on Sunday night. Nice staff at reception....but this time no towels in room...and pillow cases are disgusting! I wrote an email to GM Friday evening. We were in hotel from Sunday evening till Monday morning 10.45am...guess what...got a reply around 4pm on Monday. Maybe the GM is just a part time one, or she is never involved in the property! This place is not even the level of a budget Ibis. But I personally have more issues with properly none competent or let's put is simply...non-existant management! Avoid this place!

When I received your email, I had an emergency at the hotel and could not attend to your problem immediately. I did reply to your email in the afternoon explaining to you that we are attend to and resolving your problems. You mentioned you did not get your refund in time - when you contacted us in April, I advised you by email that we did not have access to the hotel and systems as we were on lock down. Once we were allowed to travel, we immediately refunded your account. I was in continuous contact you with advising you of the situation. I will take your suggestions on board in being a better manager. Regards

Pls make sure of your bed linen as we were not satisfied about it.some are torn.nd your blankets the standard is low they are not even washed they smell dirt.
