Spacious family room, quiet location and helpful staff

We got a nice family room to rest and prepare for the Olympics the next day. Via e-Mail and in person the staff was really helpful. Ample parking at the location and nice breakfast. It was a bit pricey in comparison to other ibis styles but we slept well.

Great service friendly staff ,who cheerfully go that extra mile to help you. If travelling by car great place to stay close to the airport and the city, If your a little more adventurous no car needed but lots of walking involved. Hotel shuttle to airport mon-fri then bus into Lille . Bus service very reliable. At the time of writing 25 to 35 euro for an Uber back to the hotel if you miss the last bus.

Was as usual after two hours getting through Paris a good reception and room perfect in order giving time to regather our wits. The new coffee/ tea/bar was a very welcome surprise. The cups bringing a smile back on our faces. The night was noisy thanks to children running in the stairwell and corridors but other than that a quiet night. The breakfast was good as usual but had to get used to the new setup but love the cheerful colour scheme. As I always pay in advance and use the club card booking in and out is very quick and painless.

As I had to take an early flight at Lille airport, I choose this hotel which is located at 5 min by car from the airport. People there are very nice, big room, well supplied, comfortable bed. Hotel is quite silent as well. Also, big thanks to people working there as I could have my break-fast outside the normal hours (because of my early flight). Thanks for this great service.

Stayed one night whilst on a weekend trip to lille. Very clean,staff very helpful and a great breakfast to set all the family up for the day. Kids loved the unique style of the room as they compared to a spaceship!
