Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review. We are pleased that you found our staff friendly and our location convenient for visiting the Brussels Expo. Our parking facilities are indeed limited, and we regret they did not meet your expectations. Regarding your room's condition, we take note of your comments and appreciate your candid feedback about the bathroom and the dining experience. Furthermore, while our pizzas are a favorite among many guests, we are sorry to hear that it did not live up to your expectations. We’ll be sure to reflect on your feedback. Despite some of the challenges faced during your stay, we are proud of our central location, close to many of Brussels' attractions, including the Expopalaces, the Atomium, and the beautiful Ossegem Park, which we hope you had the opportunity to explore. However, we are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered in your room. We understand that the door and bathroom conditions were not up to our usual standards, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
