It is also gratifying to know our commitment to cleanliness met your expectations. However, we are concerned to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We apologize for the condition of the room and the bathroom which fell short of our high standards. Furthermore, we regret that the windows were not as pristine as they should be, which prevented you from fully enjoying the view. We also understand the importance of privacy and are disheartened to learn about the disturbance despite the 'do not disturb' sign. Additionally, we take the mishandling of your personal data very seriously and are sincerely sorry for this oversight. We will reinforce our procedures to ensure such an incident does not recur. Finally, we are delighted that you enjoyed the wide selection of our breakfast offerings. We are pleased that you found our location to be great, ideally situated in the heart of Brussels with easy access to local attractions and public transport. However, we regret to hear about the challenges you encountered during your stay. We understand the importance of accessibility and comfort for all our guests, and it is concerning to hear that the sink and mirror did not meet your needs and that the bar beside the toilet was not securely fastened. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unavailability of our bar for lunch on the Sunday of your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we value your suggestions as they help us enhance our services. We hope you were able to appreciate the full range of amenities available at Novotel Brussels City Centre, such as our heated indoor pool, fitness room, and the gourmet bar with its terrace, which is a delightful place to relax in the summertime. The condition of the room you describe does not reflect the high standards we strive for. Our rooms, including the deluxe family rooms, typically offer comfort and modern amenities, and we regret that this was not your experience. Regarding the bathroom amenities, we usually ensure that all items are replenished and in perfect working order. We apologize for the oversight with the soap dispenser and the water temperature. Furthermore, we understand your disappointment with the minibar and television facilities. Our executive rooms come equipped with a filled minibar, and we're sorry this was not the case for you. The bed size in our rooms is indeed queen size as mentioned on our website, and we apologize for any confusion regarding this. Our swimming pool is a jet-stream pool designed for relaxation and might seem compact when expecting a larger facility. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated or if it did not meet your expectations. Lastly, the issues with the check-out process and the invoice you received are concerning, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure accuracy and efficiency for our guests. Our central location certainly makes it convenient for guests to explore the city and visit attractions such as the Rooftop and Banksy Museum. However, we regret to hear about your experience with the swimming pool's temperature not being warm enough.
