何度か滞在してお気に入りのホテルです。 概ね満足していますが、朝食が毎朝同じなことと、異常な混み具合のため、そこは改善いただければ幸いです。 また、何度お願いしても、ハンドソープを補充してくれませんでした。残念です。 あとは宿泊費を二重に払ったようで、チェックアウト時に払い戻しをお願いしましたが、日曜日は担当者がいないとのことで対応いただけず、2日経った今も対応されていません。チェックインキオスクがありますが、お使いにならないことをお勧めします。 ステイは快適でしたが、諸々に不手際で満足度は下がりました。早急な対応を求めます。

We truly value your ongoing support and are pleased to know that you consider us one of your preferred hotels. However, I sincerely apologise for the issues you experienced on this occasion. We regret that the breakfast variety and congestion did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the menu selection and crowding have been shared with our Food & Beverage team for review and improvement. I am also very sorry to learn that the hand soap in your room was not replenished despite your requests. This is certainly not the level of attention to detail we aim to provide, and I apologise for the oversight. Most importantly, I apologise for the inconvenience caused regarding the duplicate accommodation charge and the delay in processing your refund. This matter should have been resolved promptly, and I understand your frustration. 概ね快適でしたが、表示を出しておいたにも関わらず、housekeepingをしてもらえない日があった。
