Dear MichelleKco, hank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. We aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and I regret that we fell short in several areas during your visit. Please accept our apologies for the issues you encountered with breakfast service, the room amenities, and the shower. I’m especially concerned about the unresolved charge to your credit card. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and I apologise for the lack of response. Dear BMinDRW, We're pleased to hear you enjoyed our central location, found breakfast to be great value, and were able to make the most of our indoor pool—especially during the cooler April weather. It's also lovely to know our team made a positive impression during your stay. We’re sorry to hear that parking availability and pillow comfort impacted your overall experience. Due to our city location, on-site parking is limited and can fill quickly, especially in the evenings. However, there are several public car parks located within a short walking distance of the hotel, and our team is always happy to assist with directions or suggestions.
