Booked to stay here for two nights first room was given was not even made for us when we went up.Had to ask for another room as was still a mess wanted to cancel after second room to find dust everywhere and cigarette ends in bathroom.Toilet was so small just about sat on it.we booked a double room but due to a concert on everywhere else was fully booked in the area I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel.Breakfast was served 6:30-9:30 was up for breakfast and all food was cold even though we where first to eat.Also our room did not get cleaned for two nights.

Good central location, rooms are big and clean: Showers very good and works well. Room was quiet and very clean. Staff very welcoming Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and entertaining Parking not attached to hotel

No Bar & Cold Room.

No parking in the hotel.External parking available. Room radiator not working. No bar. Cold room. Air conditioning suspect . - takes ages to heat up. Breakfast room looked terrible & breakfast obviously made by an apprentice or someone who is not a chef. Only one lift working so you have to wait for your chance. Staff were quite nice but you have to wait until they finish their cigarette outside. If you want quality don’t stay here. Same price as the Holiday Inn Express just 50 yards down the road. Apologies if this is brutally honest but it is what it is.

Our heating from the VFR system (the AC) which allows for heating and cooling, if the room was not heating up then we may have an issue so I will therefore arrange a site visit from the technician for a full service and repair. We do not have chefs here, however all team are food hygiene and cooking trained in order to deliver a delicious breakfast, whilst the room decor may not look appealing the quality of the breakfast served out weighs this and everyone that takes a breakfast has always enjoyed it. Unfortunately we are awaiting parts to repair the lift, we are usually quite lucky having 2 lifts, as most hotels only have 1 to begin with. I will raise this with the team as that is unacceptable and ensure they are all informed of the correct area to smoke and when appropriate to take these breaks. We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Friendly reception , but did not know about Accor rewards. Parking misleading - not at hotel but at nearby public car park. Bed & room clean , but shower gel empty, light bulb out in the bathroom, none of the sockets worked in the morning & there was a dirty sock hanging from the smoke alarm !

Very sorry about the shower gel, will address with our housekeeping to ensure they are refilling and making maintenance aware of any issues. I used to be a semi-regular guest at this hotel a few years ago as it was cheap,great location for central London and very clean. Sadly it is no longer the latter. The mess under the bed meant it had not been vacuum cleaned in a long,long time. In fact the carpet as a whole looked grubby. The safety strap on one of the windows meant it could open fully and it’s quite a height up. It was cheap so maybe I’m a bit hard.

Dear John we are deeply sorry for this situation, we always aim at welcoming our guest in the best of conditions. In this case, the technical issue in the distribution system with our partners created flows of reservations when the hotel was actually already full. This is an incident out of our control however we understand and feel the frustration of the outcome. Best regards Guest Relations
