We are pleased that you appreciated our central location and that the service provided by our ambassadors, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel, contributed positively to your experience. It is also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the breakfast at Bridges. We are sorry, however, that the comfort and functionality of the bathroom did not fully meet your expectations. La ubicación, la historia del edificio y las vistas son lo mejor que tiene. Es una experiencia agradable pero muy costosa para el servicio brindado. Hay que trabajar mucho en la relación del equipo de colaboradores con los pasajeros porque no responden de la manera que deberían. Falta cordialidad, servicio y muchos pero muchos detalles tanto en la atención, como en la calidad de amenidades. Útil pero no para la inversión que requiere.

A unas cuadras del palacio y toda la zona que hay que caminar de Amsterdam, está esta este hotel muy cómodo y regio parecen que lo hicieron sobre alguna residencia de la aristocracia .
