Dear Mr. W., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay with us. We are sorry to hear that the condition of our hotel did not fully meet your expectations. We take your comment regarding the slightly torn curtain seriously and will make sure this is checked internally. We are nevertheless pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the comfort of your bed and that the air conditioning provided some relief during the exceptionally hot weather. Regarding the use of your points, we sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to receive different information and not have the matter resolved promptly. We will review this internally to ensure that our team is better prepared to assist guests with similar requests in the future. Regarding your comments about access to the guest areas, we would like to clarify that all guest rooms can only be opened with the individual key cards issued to our guests. The corridors and stairways themselves cannot be locked or restricted, as this would conflict with applicable fire safety regulations and would not be legally permissible. This open access is therefore not due to a lack of consideration for security, but is an essential requirement to ensure that escape routes remain accessible in the event of an emergency. In addition, our reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so a member of our team is always available should an emergency or any other situation arise. Nevertheless, we appreciate you bringing this point to our attention and hope that this clarification helps to explain the situation. Thank you again for your honest and constructive feedback.
