A comfortable stay. The only thing I would say that was baffling is the barrage of information upon check in, after a long flight/day, about various fees and regaining credit on bar/restaurant. It was all too much to take in. I questioned the 'urban experience' mandatory fee and was a bit annoyed to seem to have to be paying extra fees when I would be checking out. It then appeared on check out that these were not included in the final bill - I presume I had already paid these through the initial booking.com charge when i booked the room in the first place. This was not made clear to me on check in. Also with the various phrasing of things like earning credit back for opting to not have my room cleaned gives more of a budget hotel type of impression. I was willing to not have my room cleaned every day, but I wonder if you could phrase it less like I'm staying in a budget place?

- wallpaper coming off the wall - Mattress basically has a sleeping depression - Shower didn't drain fast enough to have water covering the feet

My experience was top shelf. The accommodations were great, comfy bed and nice clean room. The staff was exceptional especially the bartender, Tyler, and front desk, Adam, everything was great and I can't wait to return

The hotel staff were very nice and willing to assist. The hotel itself was very clean and the room felt like a luxury hotel. I also food and drinks at the hotel bar, which was also a great experience.
