First impression is great. Beautiful lobby, great bar, food is excellent and rooms are large. Only real downside is congestion around hotel. Valet is a real problem - better to park around the corner in garage. Even with Uber or cab need to plan an extra 5-10 minutes for pickup. That said management is very good and will do there best to accommodate you so don’t be afraid to ask. Adam is an out standing manger and has a sincere desire to make your stay a pleasant one

Arrival to the hotel was pleasant however, my vehicle qualified as an oversized vehicle and I was not informed of the extra charge. The superior room was far from superior. There were lipstick stains on the linens no way to order room service with a QR code, which is very detached and frustrating or a menu. There was no Internet available and the mini fridge was locked. My second day toiletries were sparsely replaced as only one roll of toilet paper did not suffice as well as no backup tissue box. Staff were extremely robotic yet kind. Housekeeping staff was very personable as was the desk concierge. I ordered room service and some uneditable guacamole arrived brown and warm, which was eventually comped. I won’t be coming back.

I booked this hotel through the Amex Hotel Collection, and it was a great experience! Rooms are very spacious, and the bed and pillows are incredibly soft - I still think about this bed sometimes to this day! Breakfast included was delicious, and the Amex HC credit could be used for food, drinks at the bar, or even on various different things in the room (like bath packages). I would absolutely stay here again!
