I had a delightful stay with the professionals at Sofitel. From check in to restaurant service to the comfort and care, they made me feel like I was #1. The rooms are incredibly spacious with all the amenities including a bathtub where I came each night to soak away the day's cares. The beds were very comfortable and amenities generous. I had outstanding service in the restaurant from Miguel and Shannon who were attentive, knowledgeable about their offerings, and provided quick, joyful and wonderful service. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessed by train, car or car services. I highly recommend!

Very hospitable and appreciated the warm welcome and anniversary acknowledgement. Room was great- it was nice and big. Only feedback was that we had the room cleaned two times, and on the second time the only clean up was the bed was made but trash not emptied, and I also discovered someone had left an old room card in the robe I was wearing - which was fairly disconcerting and made me believe it had not been washed between guests. Also other items - had requested a baby pack and play a few months ago, but this was not set up upon arrival so had to call for one. I also had an issue with storing breast milk in the minibar. I had to take things out to put in the milk, and so had to have the front desk remove those charges and then deliver me a separate fridge. I think this was on me for not listening at the front desk during check in, but was still an extra thing I needed help with.

Nice hotel, excellent location. All staff was very helpful and professional. I particularly want to thank Ivan, the concierge, for litelly going out of his way to help me: he caught up with me at the sidewalk, a block away from the hotel, to give me some additional information on a subject that interested me. If I may suggest an improvement, the mattress was too soft, probably due to age.

Hotel was nice and stay was good. I booked with points and was not aware of the resort fee until I checked out. This was an unfortunate surprise.
