Well located and the reception area and lobby are lovely, but the rooms are becoming dated and not terribly well maintained. The hardwood floors were dirty in my suite as were the bathroom floors. I spilled a drink on the entry way floor and cleaned it up only to find the cloth I used was filthy. It seems the floors are not being cleaned on a regular basis which is not what I would expect from a 4-star establishment. I am in two minds about staying at your hotel again.

The stay was going well until I discovered the sheets I was sleeping in had blood stains on them.

Bathroom door was very dirty. Shower head had water coming out from behind the shower plate. Fan in room was very loud despite me putting it on low. Food in hotel bar/restaurant was inedible.
