Written complaint. At the bottom is their response. Good morning. I think it’s a good thing I could not find a telephone number for someone to speak to as I am so upset and angry. At 10am this morning a member of staff came in our room and I was naked!!!! I put a towel on and went outside it was the guy that checked us in. I asked if he came in he said yes it’s room control. I said you didn’t even knock. He said I did you obviously just didn’t hear me. I said you absolutely did not knock. Well I didn’t see anything he said what do you want me to do? I said I feel violated and you should not have done that I want to speak to the manger he said I am the manager. I said I want to make a complaint. He said what do you want me to do and walked off down the hallway muttering to himself. I picked up my mother in law from the other room that we booked I said did someone come in your room she said yea but it’s ok I was sat on the bed dressed. I said did he knock. She said no!!!! I then went to reception and a young girl was there. I said can I speak to the manager please. She rang the person and he refused to come down. I told her what happened and she said I was completely correct in how I felt but said what can I do. I’m sorry the manager isn’t here she’s on holiday. The guys name was ahil allergy. (Not spelt correctly I’m sure. Sorry) I am so angry and upset I’m still shaking writing this. On a lighter note I asked about the duvet situation to the girl at reception as we had a single duvet for 2 people. She said yes we don’t have enough provided to us so it’s all we have. Not good. This maybe budget and an easy solution for us after a concert but I do expect to be warm when sleeping. Also as an Accor member my husband would like to add he wasn’t offered a welcome drink on arrival or a room upgrade. I really would appreciate some feedback this situation. I feel violated!!! first of all we have no room upgrade and no welcome drink on offer for the guests . The guest did not inquire about an additional blanket, either in the evening or in the morning. On this day, a new employee was on duty, he was supposed to check all the rooms to see if the guests had already checked out. He should go in after several knocks with no answer. It was probably louder in this room, so the guest didn't hear the knocking. Of course, the employee closed the door immediately and apologized. The woman came out of the room and said angrily that she would complain. The employee then apologized again. Why is it now a so big problem has come I do not understand. But as the operator I would like to apologize!! My response Good afternoon, Your response is not friendly at all. I feel even more disrespected now. Totally understand about the room upgrade and drink etc. The bedding situation is ridiculous, who do I ask when there was no member of staff there at 1am and in the morning I did ask the young lady at reception. The guy absolutely did not knock on my door or my mother in laws door. Our rooms were not loud at all. The guy did not apologise, in fact if he had been abit nicer when I went outside I probably wouldn’t be so bloody mad. Your response to my complaint has put all the blame on to me and as a customer at your hotel I feel very belittled. I am going to post my complaint and your response on social media and will be tagging you. If you don’t understand that I feel violated in a room that I paid for and expected privacy, I am very shocked by this. Kind regards

Very good and friendly hotel staff and manager . We arrived a bit earlier but the hotel manager made all efforts to get us 3 rooms so we can have some rest and go on with our business. Breakfast was good and convenient.

The room was clean, but basic. Auto check-in was easy, even as it was our first time Breakfast was also basic, but well worth the €7,5. Staff was friendly. Would recommend for one night. Nothing much going on in the area though

Arrived at 00:00 hrs to the hotel and the check in machine got stuck after I introduced my credit card. I called the remote customer service thru an intercom and a lady told me someone would come in five minutes. Half an hour passed, machine still stuck and I called again, and the same person told me that she could not do anything else and that I better go to another hotel. I told her that that was not an appropriate answer and her reaction was to say good bye and hanged up the call. After one hour I retried, she told me she would call the manager again and hanged up immediately. The manager finally showed up and after 1hr 15min I got checked in manually. The "manager" was totally slept, I can understand, but the response from the customer service representative was totally rude and unacceptable. The "manager" explained to me the situation, also weird, but I could understand, and even gave me a free coffee in the morning. Net, people without real customer service spirit should be doing something different to avoid killing your business. I will not go to this property again and I will avoid your budget system trying some other franchise.

Had a rough night, 2 people got into a fight and were slamming doors at 1.30am. Fell asleep, again, at 3 am someone knocked on my door. Lady at the reception desk didn’t care. Also: restricted parking in the back, no code was given, so had to park my truck on the street. Never was a great hotel, but it has gotten worse, so bad actually, that I am sending my first ever review of a hotel after 20 years of traveling the world...
