The concerns you’ve raised, from the condition of the interiors are deeply concerning and fall far short of the quality we strive to provide. Your observations about the worn furnishings, maintenance issues, and lack of attention to cleanliness are being taken seriously, and I’ve shared your comments with our management and maintenance teams for immediate review. Rest assured; we are addressing these shortcomings to ensure improvements are made promptly. The Management team are thinking of renovation in the near future very soon. Hilarious as a show. No fun to stay. Too far from eat street and dumpy as. My company will be getting told; never again!
