Hotel is rijp voor een complete renovatie update Het wordt de laatste 3 jaar alleen maar erger er wordt totaal niks geïnvesteerd in het hotel. Als hotel momenteel een onverwachte inspectie krijg hebben ze naar mijn inzicht een probleem Momenteel onhygiënisch, vanaf de voordeur tot in de kamers. In de kamers is v. alles kapot Deze keer kreeg ik een kamer had de tafel In brand gestaan Andere kamer gevraagd die stonk naar rioollucht kwam uit de douche vandaan Met deorant,en compleet open raam De tijd doorgebracht Ontbijtruimte koffiemachine kapot na een week nog kapot ze vinden het wel best Koffie vending machine in de lobby ook kapot Factuur kreeg ik ook niet gelijk bij betaling aan de balie Voor vertrek nog steeds niets na opbellen dat ik de factuurecht nodig had voor in de boekhouding eindelijk factuur gekregen via E-mail Voor mij was het de laatste keer dat ik daar heb geslapen dit heeft een dikke no-go gekregen Verblijf altijd graag in een ibis budget hotel De situatie in Gersthofen straalt geen goede reclame uit voor de ibis budget keten zeg maar Mijn gevoel zeg mij dat het meer een geld witwas hotel is geworden hoe alles er daar aan toe gaat Maar dat is natuurlijk mijn persoonlijke gevoel die dat zo ervaart meer niet Paar nachtjes uncover een eigen inspecteur daar laten slapen is geen overbodige luxe om orde op zaken te stellen Met vriendelijke groet, v. een klant😉
