Had gevraagd om een kamer met bad maar dat was blijkbaar zonder terugkoppeling niet mogelijk. Vind daarnaast ondergoed van de vorige gast, open en bloot in de kast dus ook niet verstopt of iets dergelijks. De locatie is prima en goede uitvalsbasis maar al met al was ik niet onder de indruk van dit hotel en kom ik niet terug.

Dear Mr B., I sincerely apologize for the human error on the part of our housekeeping staff. That is unacceptable and below our standards. Please rest assured that I have already looked into this and taken steps - and within my team I will make sure that negative experiences are a rare exception in the future. I also deeply regret that we were unable to accommodate your specific room request. Please rest assured that we always strive to meet our guests’ individual requests, but unfortunately, this is not always possible. I feel very bad for the inconveniences and disappointments you had to deal with - and at the same time I do appreciate your feedback, which is an important component toward long lasting and continuously improving quality services.
