Not a very good hotel! Stayed there and the water stopped, had to go to the next hotel to have shower. I understand it can happen Rooms are looking way to good in the pictures but in reality not, bed we’re comfortable tho, the only big issue is that the area looks VERY VERY ROUGH! And dont wanna be rude but rough people too The view outside the window is worse than a ghetto! There is a market full of sh*t, and whats left after if terrible, not advise you to go on your own in the night! Definitely Get a taxi ! Even in the day look horrible, and smells of piss , yuk disgusting

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

This is by far the worst hotel experience of our lives from rude staff to bed bugs to running out of food at breakfast. This is a list of issues i had. Hotel would not answer any of my pre-travel emails. - this gave me problems finding the place and even our taxi driver got lost. Location is in a homeless area - be prepared to step over homeless people to get into the hotel. They smell and make a lotof noise in the night. People sleep outside main entrance. Main entrance full of human waste Had to change rooms because of a broken window Second room had bed bugs and got 8 bites as a result. Second room sink was blocked and TV wouldn't work Reception wouldn't fix room problems. They pretend not to understand either english or miming. they shrug their shoulders and don't get anything done. Reception and all staff pretend not to speak English. They sit on their phones all day and simply shrug their shoulders if you disturb them. Had to get booking.com involved to get sink fixed. It was booked through them and we had to contact customer services in the UK to get our hotel to fix a problem. This has never happened to me before. Breakfast ran out of coffee one day, staff simply shrugged their shoulders and all went and hid in th kitchen. Breakfast ran out of food another day, again staff simply shrugged their shoulders and all went and hid in th kitchen. I got 8 bites from bed bugs or fleas (see photo below). Dirty hotel. Not enough towels and they are too small. Had to close the window to keep out the traffic noise, this led to the room being too hot and no way to cool it down. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter your budget. It is in the middle of a ghetto. Outside is frightning.

Poor quality of staff and facilities.

Extremely basic and poor staff. If you are looking for a hotel which is cheap and cheerful don’t book this place. The hotel itself is run down and shabby along with the area it is situated. Forking out a bit more for a hotel nearer the centre or even a b&b would be so much better, and no doubt the staff would be too.

OK but somewhat tatty.

A reasonable price I guess, for a hotel in Paris, not far from the city-centre. The locale and area immediately near-by the hotel is rough. Litter everywhere and homeless persons. The walk up the road to the local shops could feel intimidating with men hanging-around outside of bars etc but I think that I was too tired to care tbh. The hotel and room itself was fine / scruffy. Staff not very smiley and having a big security bouncer sitting next to reception does not inspire confidence. It could have been a nicer place but, things seemed to be either broken or dirty in many places: the switch in the corridor hanging off; dirt in the ceiling fans; tables not wiped at breakfast etc. The room itself feels like a hospital ward room with dark, pebble-dashed wall-covering, a basin in the corner etc. Loo cubicle (without basin) and separate shower consisted of floor to ceiling plastic sheeting. Mine had a cigarette burn in the little shelf for the soap. Functional but not that friendly. The bed was comfortable; the shower was strong and hot. The breakfast (continental - the French do like their sweet-stuff) was basic but plentiful. Little variety though: croissant, cheese (one type), egg, ham (if you want it), jam, plain yogurt and apple compote plus cereals and hot coffee. Stuff yourself on what you can. As I say, fine but I wouldn't stay again.

Ibis brand let me down

What can I say about this hotel, I wish I had read the reviews about this hotel before I booked. The hotel was not in a good location. The staff were not friendly. While my bed was ok, my son and his wife was not comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
