Nice hotel direct at the airport. Not easy to get there (without car..). Everything was very good. Room for 3 was very small but okay. Service at the desk quick and helpful. Breakfast room was very small and full. The offer okay. Everytime again.

The only positives are the vicinity to the airport (an easy walk) and the room was clean. No-one at reception on arrival, had to stand in the gloomy hallway until someone arrived. Everything was basic, as expected, but the atmosphere was grim and claustrophobic; similar to student halls of residence.

Hotel looks lovely. Clean and cosy room, but you cannot slеep, not at all. Poor soundproofing. Lovely, kind and helpfull staff, but overall if you would like to rest, it is impossible. And less important it is not close to the airport by foot.

Friendly staff, great aircon and perfect for the Airport!

We arrived quite late on an evening and we couldn’t have had a better reception. Michaël Jimenez was a lovely smiling friendly receptionist. He was extremely engaging, and most helpful. When we arrived, there was a rather aggressive gentleman at reception who had a problem with the light in his room, and we observed Michaël dealing with him professionally as well. As other reviewers have stated, the rooms aren’t huge, but as we spent most of the night with our eyes shut (lol) it isn’t a problem. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, controllable and was perfect. Basic continental breakfast is served up until 10:00am, but I’d arrive there a bit earlier as they ran out of croissants by 9:45am :-(. Overall, we found this to be a perfectly situated hotel near the airport, that was reasonably priced (for Nice), with very friendly staff.

Before we booked here we did not find any useful review about it. Hope that is a good one for you, Perfect for short stays like 1 or 2 nights. Hotel is opposite site from Nice airport, 4-5 mins walk away, u need to cross a few red lights and find " Novotel " n it behinds of it . location is really great, u need a train next day to Monaco or Cannes , Marseille, Vintimille than Train station St Augustin is 3 mins walk away Going to center than u may walk to Grand Arenas station ( 3/4 mins walk ) not from airport that is ripped off selection From Grand arenas tram u may buy a blue card for 2 euro and 1,70 for per trip u pay. U may top up with coins or credit card from any station. To Port Lympia or Nice center u pick tram no 2 ( Ligne 2 ) make sure u activate ur card crom the lcd screen Go to Alianz Arena to watch Nice cote d'azur, the tram station ( Ligne- 3 ) 3/4 mins walk . U may find KFc, Ikea, On match days Socca and fresh Pizzas and pan crepes ) Reception, arrived late evening n checked in about a few mins. Fast check in and check out , free luggage room provided . Late check it is subject to possiblity , it is 30 euro till 4 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Reception, especially " Inez " works with passion. Also Nadia very helpful lady. The gentleman with yellow jumper he is also doing reception n breakfast , such a hard working person. Breakfast starts at 6 am till 10:00 and enough selection. Coffee, many Tea options, Apple or orange juice, water , milk , yoghurt, cereals, Nutella, Jams , Creme cheeses, French cheese ( Brie ) sliced Grilled chickens, croissants , baguettes, bread with grains ( so delicious n healthy ) boiled eggs, apple & oranges , salted or unsalted butters , waffle and homemade marble cakes... was cheap for the price we paid for this breakfast . Booking with accorhotels than u got 10% discount so u may wish to take this in account . Room : so basic , so small but provides what offers n what spoken. First its clean n tidy hotel , cleaners works hard. Rooms cleaned daily only towels canges n room cleaned. Linens doesnt change everyday. Airco works, heating or cooling. The window u cant open it. It opens like 5degree angle , would b great if more fresh airs inside hotel room. Tv works, there are 2 children channel. And many french movie or sport channels U may watch take offs from hotels window. ( not each room has that view do ) Toilet, basin super so small , shower is also small but it is efficent. All u need a hot water to shower. There r 4 hangers and its all, no cupboard to hide clothing. Use what provided at bathroom area (3x hangers ) and bedroom area 4x hangers. And above tv something u may storage... like tshirts or snacks There is usb outlets by the bed, reading lights. There is Milk, water , Cokes or sandwiches u may buy from vending machines at the hotel if u need eat something snack . There is a computer n printer in reception u may use. Cons : no fridge at room, no hairdryer at the room, pillows are thin like paper , uncomphy .. foldable bed for 3rd person is suitable maybe max 5,7 feet person (170 cm ) and that bed is not comphy as master bed . The elevator cards broken daily cos of storing them in ur wallet. No waiting area like lobby. Next hotel Novotel has proper waiting area but u r not allowed to use it. U can only use children play area or Brother hotel / Novotel . Nearest supermarket is Carrefour express is by Park Phoenix 2 tram stops away. Overall 4/5 for the price we paid.
