What an amazing hotel, location is just perfect shopping centre, bus stop and train station all within a few minutes away. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Free shuttle bus to and from airport train and tram station. Met every request we made , lovely and clean hotel. We will definitely be back ! Special mentions to Amelie and Thiery for their help and making our stay so memorable thank you !!!

Hotel is decent, rooms are cozy, services are medicore. Just stay away of food, it is totally disaster. Staff don’t care about their guests. Probably will not choose this one once I will be again at Nice. If you don’t speak French, you are at a big disadvantage.

Mediocre Hotel with bad service, don't walk run!!

This is a mediocre hotel to start with, the only reason to stay at this hotel is walking distance to the mall and 5 mins from the airport with a free airport shuttle. We booked it while grudging our teeth since we have tried it before, there nothing else to choose from in better condition with similar access in the vicinity. We get to the shuttle pick-up point, there's no sign for the hotel, nor a hotel phone, they are not on whatsapp so you have to call international, which we did. The front desk pickups and promise the driver will be there in 5 mins. 15 mins later no one shows up, so I call 7 times and every time it rolls to the call center! After 30 mins, we walk back to the Uber pick up area and get an uber $14 Euros, and we are at the hotel in 5 mins. At the front desk, I inquire what happened to the shuttle, and lady with a combative attitude tell me she got busy doing check-ins, and only sent the driver just now and that I should have waited... They would not pay for the Uber, and after some fussing she offered us two free drinks in lieu. Moving on, the room is garbage, couch is soiled with black marks, bed is worn out, no glassware, all paper cups for coffee and a plastic bottle to fill up, to save the environment, or to save them money from having to wash cups, and provide you with a free water bottle. The last chapter, I requested the night before a wake up call, the lady seemed to type an essay at the terminal, and told me its set. Off course the next morning no wake up call was made, I was lucky that I had set my phone one as well or we would have missed our flight. So all in all, I would strongly advise to stay way, if you need to overnight by the airport, stay at the airport and uber to the mall instead and you can save yourself some grieff.

I give it 3.5.. but it is August let's not forget!

It was hard to give this a 4. But this deserved more than a 3.5.. and 3 was a little under. Soooooo.... I was worried before I came, mainly about the complaints on air con. I can assure you all... the air con worked in my room. It was clean and fresh, however, The rooms were old and pokey. There was a very horrible smell on floor 3 which made us gag everything we left the room. Not sure why? It had a sense of chaos to the whole hotel. HOWEVER, I am not daft enough to not realise that the chaoticness of it cannot really be a complaint as its blimmin August. Its in a great place, a walk away from shops, bars and restos. It is however a practical, motel type. It hits the mark for a night or 2. So it was ok, it was enough. Nothing stood out be it good or bad.

Recently restored, but a good opportunity missed

I have avoided staying in the hotel recently as it was very tired. But having read that it has been refurbished I decided to give it a another try, since its location is very convenient. So first the good points. The hotel has indeed been refurbished and now looks fresh and bright. I particularly like the cheese table in the dining room. It is convenient for the beach front in St Laurent du Var, CAP 3000 and the airport. It has free parking. The staff are all helpful. But they missed the opportunity to make it really good. I booked a superior room, which was meant to have a desk. Even the old rooms had a reasonable desk. But this one had a little metal table and a stool which was located a long way from the only free power socket. So there is only a comfortable seat for one person (the single sofa bed) and no comfortable place to use a computer. It is s shame. A simple desk and one or two more sockets and it would have been great. Is this bad design or penny pinching? Note that the pictures on the hotel website are completely misleading. They all show rooms with large desks and comfortable desk chairs.
