Noisy guests and staff from 11pm at night and first thing at 7am

On arrival a noisy old car was running at the front of the hotel for at least an hour. Turns out this belongs to a member of staff. At night guests were outside my room chatting on their phones. A lorry also parked out the front and kept reversing sensors going until my husband told the driver off. The lorry driver then turned off engine and stayed the night in the car park. Following morning the same noisy old car was started up again and left running at the front of hotel from 7am for another hour by people that work and live in the hotel. Overall after driving non stop for 7 hours we did not get much sleep. We didn’t expect the ritz but at least get a night sleep should of been quiet and not interrupted. Not happy and quiet annoyed.

Self check in is very simple The place was clean , decoration nice ! Mattress comfortable. Room smelled after cigaret (probably from the previous client) No soap for the hands in the bathroom

Disappointing Receptionist and Breakfast

The accommodation is just what you need for a night rest and refreshing. However, do not buy breakfast!!!! The breakfast was some bread that everybody was touching, no tool to grab with, and I had to slice it myself—also, a few jars with jam and Nutella. The worst part is the receptionist, who is careless. I had to beg her to bring a new pot of Nutella because it was finished!

The room was clean enough but there was an awful stale smell of smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room.
