My stay at Pullman Bercy felt like a home away from home. The professional and friendly staff truly made my experience seamless and unforgettable. A special shout-out to Janette from guest relations, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Raphael and the front desk team were always ready to assist with a smile, making every interaction pleasant. I also want to thank the supervisor for preparing a special omelette for my breakfast—it was a delightful touch! The housekeeping team was exceptional, maintaining a pristine environment throughout my stay. Overall, I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and excellent service in Paris! Room 307 -May8th

I spent two nights at this hotel with my 5-year-old son and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous, understanding (chnaged my reservation on the spot as the mother of my son was unexpectedly joining for the second night), and welcoming. The swimming pool is relatively spacious for a Parisian hotel, and the rooms are modern, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. Despite its proximity to a lively neighborhood, the hotel remains quiet and peaceful at night, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is also a strong advantage—just a two-minute walk from Metro Cour Saint-Emilion and Bercy Village, with its park, numerous restaurants, bars, and family-friendly spaces. The hotel is well-connected, with central Paris easily accessible in approximately 15 minutes via metro.

Amazing Hotel, staff were excellent. Great Hotel for families. Amazing location, main paris attraction are 20/30min away. Underground Parking is across the road, making it really easy. Rooms were clean. Definitely booking again, when we come back to Paris. Recommend this hotel every time.
