This was a beautiful hotel full of life with a great environment. We were offered a complimentary upgrade which was a very large suite which was brilliant. The amenities were great. Location amazing. Staff very friendly. Would love to return. The lobby has nice touches such as games and a Photo Booth, it really leant into a fun vibe.

We were very tired when we arrived at 11am, but we were able to check into our beautiful room. Our stay at Pullman was worth the cost. It met the standards of a 5 star hotel. My sister and I are looking forward to staying there again on our next trip!!

Wonderful hotel in a relatively quiet part of Paris. Helpful and polite staff. I enjoyed my stay. Pros: Close to metro Fast check out/Check out Spa Quiet area Cons: Nothing major really. Just wish for more snack options on the room service menu. Also I called the front desk several times and no answer. Overall, good stay and would stay again.

Comfortable and clean, excellent apart from a few minor flaws

The experience of staying at Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy was very good. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had many options. The staff's behavior was also commendable. Only the room service was a little slow, and some of the prices seemed a little high. Still, a great hotel overall — I would like to come again.

Excellent 4 star hotel in Paris

I stayed at the Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy hotel in July 2024. It was my first time there and my friend and I had a wonderful stay. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and as I am an Accor Platinum status member, I got a free upgrade to a duplex suite. The suite was very spacious with wall to wall windows, a very large living room/sleeping area, a big bedroom (which was located on the first floor) and a nice bathroom. The kingsize bed and the sofa bed were comfortable and you couldn't hear a sound from the rooms located above you, so sleep quality was excellent too. The rooms and bathroom were super clean and water pressure in the shower was good. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and we were offered free bottles of water every day of our stay. The hotel is located a bit out of the center of Paris, but taxis and Ubers are always a minute away when you need one. If you're looking for a decent, modern 4 star hotel in Paris, then this is a very good option.
