To clarify, the drinks you mentioned were not regular coffees but two cappuccinos, which explains the €9 charge as listed on our menu. Regarding the bracelet, you did not specify that it had been left in the room, you simply inquired whether something had been found. Should you have any further details, please feel free to contact us directly so we can look into it more thoroughly. We’re sorry if the reception service came across as lacking warmth.
