We are delighted that you appreciated our ideal location in the heart of the Promenade des Anglais, as well as the thoughtful touches we offer, such as the refillable water stations and complimentary sweets. We are also pleased to hear that the upgrade to a privilege room met some of your expectations, particularly in terms of space and amenities. However, we sincerely regret that certain aspects did not live up to your expectations. Your feedback regarding the room layout, accessibility, and the heating system during the winter months is invaluable.
