What are this appointment. There’s nothing convenient about staying here, especially for what you’re paying. If you want to use the refrigerator in your room, you have to pay extra. If you want ice, you need to call room service. What a joke.

Nice big room that allowed us to stay comfortably for 5 nights with toddler and dog but the hotel feels a bit impersonal with no special attention. The staff - especially at the bar - has been great. the hotel is old, may need renovation and lacks something that makes it an envy to come back (pool? Sauna? Rooftop bar? Special attention?)
