We arrived shortly after 2:00 p.m. and were able to go to our room immediately. Check-in was quick and courteous. Breakfast service and room serivice were nice, and housekeeping was too. Will stay here again.

Did not go so well...some serious issue in the select suite when we arrived so we had to wait 2 hours to get in...that can happen and that was not the issue. It was forgetting to clean the terrasse which was not addressed and forgetting to prepare the sofa for my daugther...we decided to take a different suite the next day which was supposed to be hastle free...our luggages would be moved while we were visiting...but when we arrived in the new room, the luggages had not been moved and against the sofa....one thing I hate is going to the reception to make requests....I did not expect such clumsy service when taking the highest tier suite in the highest tier Accord brand. I still have to say that personel was extremely nice (the ladies that do the beds, the lady handling the breakfast and waiters). Not sure I'll ever take a room again at a Sofitel. Was actually looking into changing hotels during our short stay as the expected quality was not there.

I have loved this hotel for years. Staff is still super nice. I know it’s expensive to maintain your rooms. I can get past aged furnishings. But not thoroughly vacuumed, Crooked lamp shades, a fridge that doesn’t actually work….thats below standard especially at this price point location and brand.

Checkin was a breeze. We dined at Gaby and asked for extra towels and ice in our room all of which was delivered with a smile. Great service by all staff including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Special mention for Ithiel the doorman who went above and beyond. He ensured we had everything we needed every time we came and left the hotel and did it all cheerfully with a genuine smile. Thanks so much well definitely be back!

Had a great stay. The location was perfect, close to time square & broadway. As a Diamond member, I got welcome fruit & drink with complimentary breakfast on weekend. Staffs were super nice & helpful , especially Shevanie & Natalie. They help me a lot during my stays. Restaurant and Bar are also good. Definitely will be back again.
