service always great front desk/concierge bell staff should assist guests at the door this has always been an issue at least open them especially with this cold weather also very odd incident with room service - they came to collect the tray knocked and while I said to wait open my door and I had just gotten out of shower and was undressed - i had to run behind the bed get robe on and then go back and open the door - staff NEED to wait - I was shocked honestly

We needed to move rooms twice. First room had issues with the bed (saggy mattress). Second room had a heater that could not be controlled. The third room's phone did not work but we were tired of moving so we stayed. The grout in the shower was peeling off. The grout around the toilet was yellow and had mildew.
