The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. It also offers free parking, which is a great convenience. If you’re driving to London, I recommend staying here as it’s much more affordable compared to hotels in the city center. Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ibis hotel, it truly exceeded my expectations. My sister and i have one night here every year so that we can go shopping at Lakeside. We are both in our 70’s and have been coming for 20 years. It is so convenient for the shopping centre and retail park. We have never had a bad experience in all those years. The staff really look after us and make sure we are on the ground floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful.

Very good location, next to lakeside shopping centre, was very useful for the Christmas shopping, free parking. Staff were amazing and very helpful especially maintenance guy Manny. Had great night sleep, I was staying in extension building, room were nice, good shower, very tidy. Had dinner, in the evening, food was nice, as I am a member I had a free drink voucher, which was great. Definitely will come back, very friendly staff. If you want food night sleep, and lots of amenities around that's the place to stay.

Schoon, ruime kamer,goede doche en goed bed, airco op de kamer. Goede tips vanuit de recepten om auto te parkeren naar trein london. Goed ontbijt voor nette prijs. Parkeren voor londen bij lake site. 35 minuten naar londen met de trein dan verder met de metro. 18 pond heel de dag om te reizen. Bedankt inessa en pau Ibis.
