My car broke down in this area, and the breakdown service took me and my partner to the Ibis. Luckily, they had a room available for us. I was also able to extend the stay as my car was not fixed the following day. All staff were very helpful!

Want to share staff here is really friendly , at check in reception staff was informative about the location and how to get to London want to mention Sky at check-in and Edita check out, made me more welcome , restaurant and bar staff are attentive and friendly ,breakfast full buffet I liked the most . Will really come back .

The hotel is very affordable for the quality. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very kind. The restaurant food and drinks selection was very good. Also the receptionists were very kind and friendly and the bar service was very quick.

Such a lovely hotel. All the hotel staff are fantastic, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It's lovely and clean too, plenty of parking. Mihaela from housekeeping was so friendly. I got some extra coffee and couldn't get the key to work to get back into my room but she kindly showed me how to use it. With a smile too!

Schoon, ruime kamer,goede doche en goed bed, airco op de kamer. Goede tips vanuit de recepten om auto te parkeren naar trein london. Goed ontbijt voor nette prijs. Parkeren voor londen bij lake site. 35 minuten naar londen met de trein dan verder met de metro. 18 pond heel de dag om te reizen. Bedankt inessa en pau Ibis.
