Brilliant staff Amy R and Jacob were. Lovely so friendly and helpfull food was lovely will be back with some freinds made my hushbands birthday special went above to make it special thank you Allan and Kay drinks were a very good price and food x

Me and my partner attended the spa day with our surprise voucher for my birthday we was greeted by I think her name was Claire who was on reception she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had great customer service the Treatments was lovely felt very Relaxed as we haven’t experienced anything like this before. Pool was quiet so we had it to oursselfs which was a bonus 😁 lunch was also good. We will definitely be returning!!!!

Stayed for two nights, room acceptable but the bar and restaurant service very poor. Restaurant was better on the second evening but still slow. The bar keepers attitude on the second evening was unacceptable , he was rude, dis-interested and has no customer liaison training. This was raised at checkout but no interest shown and one must assume that the hotel manager do not care about the customer experience.

Had a very nice meal in the restaurant and Amy Robbins looked after us all and was very attentive. Great, very friendly service and good quality food at a reasonable price. Rooms comfortable and a lovely friendly welcome from the French lady on reception.

Had a great nights stay. Beginning with the lovely French receptionist who was very welcoming and warm. We had dinner in the restaurant and we were served by Amy R who again was very welcoming and very friendly. Overall a great night help by brilliant staff. Many thanks
