Dear Dr. A., Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback about your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay in our rooms 129 and 131. Your descriptions regarding the beds, top sheets, shower and smell in room 131 are extremely worrying and not at all representative of the standard we normally provide. We deeply regret that our cleaning services did not meet expectations in this case. It is unacceptable that the beds and top sheets were not cleaned properly and that the shower was not in perfect condition. The same applies to the lack of toilet paper and hand soap, which is absolutely not our standard and we sincerely apologize for this omission. We will immediately discuss your comments with our cleaning staff and ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future. Additionally, we will take measures to ensure that rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
