Last week, I had the pleasure of dining at Pullman hotel restaurant. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance set the tone—elegant yet relaxed, with soft lighting and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience—great food, impeccable service by Fernando and a cozy, yet refined atmosphere. It’s one of those places I’ll gladly return to, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal. Fernando is the best server, friendly, attentive.

Delicious food, ceviche and chicken Marsala ! Perfect. And Fernando the waiter could not have been better! Highly recommend! I will be back for sure. They want me to write more but I’ve said it all hahah okay they want a novel. Imma bout to give up!

5 STAR EXPERIENCE - SERVICE, HOTEL AND FACILITIES

We needed somewhere to rest and recuperate after an exhausting week of volunteering near by, The hotel, its staff and services did not disappoint. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff however are the stars of this complex. They could not have been more friendly, helpful and kind. On arrival we were told we had booked a twin double by accident and so the reception staff upgraded our room with no extra charge. The cuisine was both outstanding and exhaustive. Appearing to offer a banquet style dinner and breakfast, we found ourselves sampling foods thar we had no experienced in Brazil before. All meal offers were very competitive and there was a relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. The pool and sports complex were more than adequate and there were some ingenuous touches such as their own herb garden and a pet activities area. Just spot on cutting edge accommodation for anyone wish to land and rest or rest before their long flight home. We have a great service from our waiter ALEXANDRE, thank you for everything!

I've had the immense pleasure of staying at the Pullman Ibirapuera for a month now. And as I close out my time here, I wanted to thank the staff for their incredible work. I'm here with a very large group that comes with its own logistical complexities and challenges. And each step of the way the Ibirapuera staff have handled every one of those challenges with excellence. Thank you to the entirety of the meal staff, front desk, and a huge shoutout to Biatriz! You made my stay fun.

Stephanie, Porto and Pedro took great care of me every night. Wonderful experience! The hotel is impeccable and made all the better by the very attentive staff who are incredibly kind and dealt with my horrendous Portuguese. Wholeheartedly recommend the Pullman.
