Our team takes pride in maintaining clean communal areas and providing well-equipped rooms with amenities like blackout curtains and tea facilities. However, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your arrival experience didn't meet expectations. Our check-in time starts at 3pm with early availability subject to demand, and we're reviewing staffing patterns during peak periods. Finally, we're pleased you enjoyed our breakfast buffet selections and found our express check-out service convenient.
