While our location is indeed central, we understand that the external disturbances you encountered were less than ideal. Our rooms are designed to provide a functional and clean environment, and we apologize if they did not meet your expectations. As for the noise, we take our guests' rest very seriously and offer earplugs upon request to ensure a more peaceful sleep. Furthermore, the safety and security of our guests are paramount, and we are concerned to hear about the incident you mentioned. We have a 24-hour reception and security measures in place to assist our guests whenever they feel uneasy. Lastly, please accept our apologies for the unsettling experience with the stranger; we will review this situation to see how we can further improve our guest safety measures. However, we are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your room did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, offering a functional space for our guests' comfort. We regret that the absence of a kettle was an inconvenience; we understand how important these amenities can be. Additionally, the size of our shower rooms is consistent with inner-city hotel standards, aiming to maximize space while providing all necessary facilities. Regarding the view, while we cannot change the urban landscape, we do offer rooms with different views that may be more to your liking, such as street view, courtyard view, or church view. However, we are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that you found our 'sweet room' to be similar to our standard rooms; please note that while the room size and bathroom amenities remain consistent for comfort, our premium rooms do offer additional amenities such as coffee and tea facilities. We are delighted that you appreciated our hotel's location, right in the heart of Brussels, just around the corner from the Grand Place and next to the fish market and shopping area, as well as the standard of our rooms consistent with the Ibis experience. However, we are truly sorry for the unwelcoming remarks you encountered upon check-in. This is not the impression we wish to convey, and we understand how such interactions can impact the overall experience at our establishment. Our guests' comfort and satisfaction are paramount, and we regret that the room allocation did not meet your preferences.
