A dismal and expensive emergency overnight stay at this down at heel, grubby and seedy hotel. The car park is full of potholes, the staff disengaged, the stairs to the room block dirty and unkempt. The room was dated with an indeterminate but definitely unsavoury smell. The only saving grace was a decent shower. For £99, this was shockingly poor.

I am really sorry to hear you have not enjoyed your stay with us, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I am aware of the potholes in the car park and this is something that is on our to do list which will be fixed sooner or later. Regarding all the description of our hotel, there is no such thing as unsavory smell of our rooms as I am checking them on a regular basis. If that would be the case the room would not be sold to guests until the issue is resolved. I have taken notes of your allegations regarding the staff thus, I will conduct an investigation and I will address the issues mentioned immediately I am really sorry you felt this way while staying with us and I would love to change your opinion regarding our hotel. Had a lovely visit at the hotel for my solo trip. The manager helped me with my itinerary at the local places. The bed was really comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep especially with Al the traveling I had. I'm very happy with the stay. Excellent place. You get more than you pay for.

I had been to this hotel with my husband on our recent trip to Coventry. I am amazed with the hospitality and the amenities especially for the price I paid. The room had a great view and the the housekeeping kept everything neat and clean. A great place for solo female travelers too. Thanks!

This is one of the best value for money stays I have been to. The room was cozy and the bed was really comfortable. My wife is particular about the toilets being clean and we were very happy with the high cleanliness standards. The breakfast was decent and the staff was helpful to accommodate our requests. Overall I'm really satisfied with their services and behavior. I'd definitely recommend this place if you are in Coventry looking for a place to stay.
