We have family in Plymouth and this is now our hotel of choice as the staff are great, friendly and efficient and its good value. We love the location and the fact there is free parking. The breakfast buffet is good too. The lady on front desk on 26 Dec and for breakfast on 27 Dec was very friendly. All the staff we encountered were great. I travel a fair bit and always notice when the staff are so accommodating and they are here!

Booked to stay here with my dog to see family. Hotel is again excellent, perfect for what’s needed, rooms are good and have what you need, wardrobe could be easier to get into as shelves at side so hanging clothes block access, but otherwise can’t fault it. The staff, as usual, were friendly and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a great location, easy to get onto A38 for either Exeter or Cornwall bound. Plenty of dog walks around, my dog found the Forder Valley nature reserve, and there’s a lovely walk off of leigham manor drive by the river Plym. Didn’t use restaurant this time, but looked and smelt fantastic! All in all enjoyed it again, and sad to have left!

This was a little bit of Europe in Plymouth - a good friendly welcome from reception and all the bits and pieces explained to us. We were on the ground floor to the back of the hotel - a little road noise but not too bad. Later in the evening some noise from above and other guests being noisey. Room good and basic - inc tea, coffee etc. Car park is refeshingly big for Plymouth hotels and included in the price of the stay. Hotel set up is slightly strange - almost like chalets where you go past other peoples windows - its ok though. Looks like the patio and main bar has been done up recently as well. They have 2 electic car charge points that I saw. Its out of town and a slightly strange route to get there because of the road and roundabout layout but the post code got us to the front door. Abnout 15 mins into town from here Good stay and we will be back.

Clean rooms, tea and coffee supplied. very polite and friendly staff, would definitely recommend a vist. Will be staying again.
