Great services by staff at breakfast particularly Ismail. Would be great to have more hot meals options in breakfast rather many with pastries. Room was ordinary and disappointing having Ibis from Accor chain. No extra pillows, only one toilet roll, towels were too old and smelly, only had one hanger, no tea coffee and water in room so ended up buying from shop. No safe box as well. Basically location was great but rest everything was so ordinary and not like even basic hotels.

Amazing hotel in central location next to train and coach stations Breakfast is amazing and very friendly service from Hind, would highly recommend Also on site swimming pool available with sun beds and staff here very accommodating Would love to come back in the future

The worst Ibis Hotel ever. The checking wS difficult. We were two and selected separate rooms. This was confusing for him. The room # 107 has the toilet lose as result the entire room smells urine. The bathroom is poorly cleaned if it ever has been cleaned The outlet to light the bed table is really far away. One needs to stand up to search for it
