Me & my friend had a wonderful stay in Ibis Hotel Marrakech Gare for five days and four nights. What an impeccable service, hospitality & friendliness to all the hotel staff from check in to bar to the restaurant and so with the manager. We had a beautiful room on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and train station. The food is nice and healthy. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends who willl visit Marrakech in the future. Agin thank you to everybody in Ibis Hotel Marrakech Gare.

I got there with my guide I had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The front desk was not really friendly especially one staff member she was very combative I did not get the arrangements that I wanted but I proceeded to my room after a minute my friend called me to go see his room. I was shocked the bathroom wall was in ruins with pipes exposed the one towel was in titters to the point I thought it was a mop. The awful smell of cigarettes was very present although I had asked for 2 non smoking rooms. After I told the front desk staff that it was not acceptable they changed the room. I was sleeping when suddenly I woke up at 12:20 AM from the noise of someone trying to open my door and come in. I was very scared I screamed turned out it was a guest who checked in very late and made a mistake of the room number he was next door to me he was very noise all night coming and going and slamming the door. I complained the next morning but the above mentioned staff member never apologized only said she would talk to the man. I was totally shocked as how I was being spoken to considering I was a member guest.

My stay at the ibis Marrakech Centre Gare was fantastic. The hotel manager was incredibly welcoming and offered great tips on exploring the city. Thanks to his local knowledge, I was able to find hidden gems and have a truly unforgettable experience. The room was cozy and peaceful, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventures. The breakfast spread was also impressive. I can't wait to return!

The food is lovely, I would Recommend a bigger range of hot foods. The service was peaceful and polite, staff are very positive and friendly always happy to help and assist. The rooms could use some maintenance, and more bathroom essentials as we had to keep asking the cleaners for more toilet rolls and also more towels.

One night stay and happy to leave the place. Not so much good to say; good soundproof, noise from the street was awful when you opened the window, comfortable beds. One glass for two persons and no ashtray in smoking room? We never got them even if we asked! Very small room, filthy bathroom and poor breakfast, no value of the money we paid. Located near to railway station so in that way good to stay for one night if you have to.
