Dear Mr. Bakti, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. We truly appreciate your kind comments on the cleanliness of the room and the taste of our breakfast. However, we are very sorry to hear about the shortcomings you encountered during your stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota particularly regarding the check-in process, room amenities, breakfast service, and parking experience. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by the towel condition, limited toiletries, and lack of breakfast staff presence. Your feedback has been shared with our respective teams to ensure these issues are addressed promptly. We are also reviewing procedures with our front office and third-party parking staff to improve efficiency and guest communication, especially during check-in and check-out.
