Hi 961jussiv, Thanks for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. I’m very sorry to hear that your stay was disrupted by noise. It’s always disappointing when a guest’s experience is negatively affected, especially due to the actions of other guests. Our team is trained to respond promptly to any complaints, particularly concerning room disturbances or noise during the evening. I do hope you gave us the opportunity to assist at the time, though I couldn’t find any record of a report being made. Your feedback on your dining experience is greatly appreciated and has been shared with the team. I will be following up with our kitchen staff regarding the delay with your room service, as this certainly falls short of the standard we strive to maintain. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. I am glad that you gave us another chance and enjoyed the meal in the restaurant. Dear bopnbell, Thank you for your feedback, I am very sorry to hear that your stay with us didn’t meet your exceptions. Your concerns regarding the mold in the shower have been noted, please rest assured this is not our usual standard. I can see that you stayed in Room 330, which I will personally inspect with our Executive Housekeeper to ensure any issues are addressed promptly. Regarding the shower-over-bath set up, I’ve added preference notes on your profile to ensure we can allocate a room with a standalone shower if you do choose to stay with us again.
