Very friendly welcome by the receptionist on arrival, room was ready early so allowed to check in and upgraded to a suite which was great. Room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and large bathroom. Location was good for getting around Porto. Staff were friendly. Had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great service. Great product. Stayed here with some mates for one night. The service was fantastic. Reception team couldn’t do enough for you. Bruno in particular was a great guy. True hospitality which is getting rare these days.

The hotel was located in a great location, The hotel had a friendly homely feel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday, great nights sleep as the bed was comfy and the windows had sliding shutters blocking all the light out, also no noise at night at all. The hotel was also a nice place for a few drinks after a day out with plenty of staff working for a friendly chat and local advice on what to see and where to go. Overall I recommend this hotel for good value for money and a warm welcome. Thank you for a great visit

this hotel was the first stop while visiting portugal. The staff was very friendly. My room was a little small but did have 2 twin beds and a refrigerator.I was on the 5th floor so there was a niece view . Could not get the shower head to work on my last day. The hotels breakfast was very tastey. The was a nice selection of foods , drinks , bread and fruit.
