Całkiem niezły hotel z plusami i minusami, dobra lokalizacja pod kątem komunikacji

Hotel był całkiem niezły, zwłaszcza w porównaniu z innymi hotelami, w których się zatrzymywałam w Luksemburgu. Znajduje się w dzielnicy Kirchberg, gdzie zlokalizowane są instytucje UE i wiele biurowców, ale brakuje tam restauracji i innych lokali rozrywkowych. Jest położony blisko przystanku tramwajowego, skąd można szybko dojechać do centrum. Dysponuje parkingiem, na którym znalazło się miejsce (co nie jest oczywiste w Luksemburgu). Estetyka hotelu jest przyjemna. Pokój był przestronny (na 4. piętrze), jednak widok z okna wychodził na szklane biurowce i było dość ciemno. Duże biurko było plusem. Bardzo czysta łazienka również zasługuje na pochwałę. Brak ekspresu do kawy w pokoju to duży minus, podobnie jak brak kawy bezkofeinowej. Przy biurku przydałaby się lampka do pracy. Śniadanie pod względem wyboru było w porządku, ale ilość ludzi i panujący tłok były fatalne. Tylko dwa ekspresy do kawy powodowały ogromne kolejki. Filiżanki były bardzo niewygodne i łatwo było się poparzyć podczas ich przenoszenia. Szybko brakowało kubków i zastawy, przez co trzeba było ich szukać lub czekać na uzupełnienie przez obsługę, która nie była zbyt szybka.

Brak wody w pokoju. Brak odżywki do włosów i balsamu do ciała. Brak miejsca na śniadaniu. Tylko dwa ekspresy do kawy i ogromne kolejki. Kawa strasznie gorąca, a do filiżanek nie ma podstawek. Oparzyłam sobie dłoń.
