Dear Isabel, Thank you for taking the time to write down a review regarding your stay in our hotel. We really appreciate you highlighted the cleanliness of our rooms. However, we feel sorry you did not enjoy the Nuxe Honey products as we understand it is part of the experience. Regarding the water pressure, a regular check is made to prevent the different technical malfunctions that may happen but we are sincerely sorry you were confronted to it. Please do not hesitate to mention any issue you encounter during your future stays in order for us to solve it straight away. We are available 24/7 to assist you on any request. It is true we extend the breakfast service to our Lobby/Bar area punctually when more guests than our room can accommodate, arrive for breakfast. We well took note that it impacted the experience of some guests, including you, and we understand your point of view. By consequence, we have the project to relocate the breakfast service in a larger room to improve our guest satisfaction. Additionally, our hotel is indeed in the center of Paris and the streets are indeed animated. It is normally the charming part of Paris, especially when we have the pleasure to recognize many of our guests having a good time among our nice neighborhood bars ! However, we are deeply sorry to learn that your stay with us did not meet your expectations because of the behavior of some persons in the streets. All the rooms have double-glazed windows to prevent any noise. Therefore, we will highly appreciate if you would contact us by e-mail to obtain the number of the room for our Technical Service to rectify any malfunction. For your next stay among us, we can take into account that you may prefer a room with a view on the inside courtyard or on a higher floor. The best will be to mention it upon reservation in order for us to anticipate it. We would like to thank you again for your review and still hope we will have the chance to welcome you back soon !
