I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We stayed here on a Viking cruises pre trip extension. There were a few hiccups, our rooms were not ready on time and the TV had an IT interruption. Still, staff was beyond helpful. They did their best in a bad situation and were so nice. Even though we experienced some inconvenience, they more than made up for it. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The staff is superb. I cannot recommend highly enough. And to add to this, our Viking tour guide, Patrice, was excellent. We loved the breakfast and drinks in the lounge were great! Highly recommend!

This was my second stay at Sofitel Le Scribe. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Welcome amenities for booking through Amex The Hotel Collection were a nice touch. Both Rivage and breakfast were lovely. I enjoyed speaking with Christophe at breakfast who spoke fluent Japanese to my surprise. Front desk staff were very helpful, as always. The location is very convenient. All in all, it was a superior visit, and this is my go-to hotel for Paris.

The hotel was a dream. Every detail was incredible- the welcome bottle of wine waiting for us, the turn down service with yummy treats, special pillows per your comfort level, drawn seaweed baths to rest and relax… location was PERFECT. Very convenient and walkable to all the best neighborhoods. And the buffet is to die for- special shoutout to Jose for being the best server and sweetest breakfast host! Will definitely be back…

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and responsive. Dining rm too expensive. $31 for burger ridiculous. Breakfast great and the head man very caring and helpful. Bed comfortable. Tub very hard to get in and out of for seniors. Hard to figure out how to work tv for streaming services

Christoff and whole team went beyond expectations during breakfast in particular we had special nut free chocolates and crepes and pancakes gallore for kids and us. Would highly recommend and will return in the future! Will definitely keep
