Excellent hotel. Well located. Our family had a wonderful visit to Paris and the hotel was a key part of our trip. The people at the hotel were very welcoming. The Guest Relations Manager, Bilal Jerbi, walked us through our reservations and benefits and provided us with a temporary room until our rooms were ready. Our rooms were upgraded and were perfect for our stay. The morning breakfast service was exemplary. Christophe managed the breakfast room and he was welcoming and very personable. He also helped with my French. The concierges were all helpful especially for recommending restaurants and making large group reservations. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everything about this hotel is perfect, location is exquisite, rooms clean and serviced multiple times daily, service and staff was impeccable, breakfast was delicious every single day. So happy i chose to stay there and will defintely repeat!!

My Sofitel Scribe Opera experience (late November 2025) was far more than I expected. The staff not only gave me but everyone exemplary service and attention. My room (Junior suite) was spacious and spotless with four separate rooms. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The breakfast choices were very generous and tasty. Christophe brighten up the dull mornings with his charm and helpfulness. And Justine always had a welcoming smile and ready to help when needed. The concierge staff catered to my needs with a 3 hour walking tour that was different - Opera and Passages Couverts plus some hidden treasures. I had 4 wonderful nights at this hotel and Paris never disappoints albeit the wet weather!!

Situated at a convenient location to walk around or ride a metro, the room was clean and elegantly decorated, it's not big but cozy.
