Stayed at Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra for a few nights and really enjoyed the experience. The location is hard to beat — central, well connected, and ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. What stood out most was the overall comfort. The room was quiet, well laid out, and extremely comfortable after long days in the city. Everything felt well thought out, from the lighting to the amenities, without being over the top. The hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere, and the staff were consistently polite and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any small requests were handled quickly. A solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable luxury hotel in Paris that delivers exactly what it promises. Would happily stay again.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 days. I agree for the money it wasn't up to par. At check in room was ready and bellman was going to take up our luggage. We left to go for lunch and walk around for 3 hours and our luggage was not in the room. Called downstairs and they couldnt find it. My husband went down to help them find it. No apology. A river cruise was checking in so they must have put it with there bags. Room was comfortable. Breakfast and service was excellent. Had lunch there .Small selection for the size of hotel. Which I didnt care but I expected the onion soup to be traditional and it was really strange. Hard to explain. It was foamy? Bar area was pleasant. Good cocktails, but expected better for the price. Great area for walking.

Excellent hotel. Well located. Our family had a wonderful visit to Paris and the hotel was a key part of our trip. The people at the hotel were very welcoming. The Guest Relations Manager, Bilal Jerbi, walked us through our reservations and benefits and provided us with a temporary room until our rooms were ready. Our rooms were upgraded and were perfect for our stay. The morning breakfast service was exemplary. Christophe managed the breakfast room and he was welcoming and very personable. He also helped with my French. The concierges were all helpful especially for recommending restaurants and making large group reservations. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
