Functional Rooms, Great Location

This is a small, simple apartment hotel property located in the heart of Paris, a few blocks from l’Opera. The rooms are simply furnished and a little dinged up but the setup is very functional and the bed is comfortable. There is an open seating area in the lobby, and breakfast is provided. Rooms contain is a small but functional kitchen with no oven but other appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, sink). This setup was a much better option for me than a traditional hotel, as I prefer to have some meals “in” when I travel, eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner is exhausting. I liked the location, old building, and functionality of the space. Love the old French door windows, which (partially) open. The service is ok, not super helpful but good enough.

Not recommending It’s been a disastrous experience I will start from good points: located in a great area and clean! Now will continue with disadvantages that are out of common sense for the price you pay: 1. Cleaning room service is not free, 18€ per day 2. you need to pay for the clean towels 3. The floors are cold with no carpets, we were freezing 4. No slippers 5. Breakfast was ok. Never enough eggs or beacon. No variety. At 10:00 even if u r still eating they are asking you to leave the dining area 6. For the price of 260$ per night, all of the above must be put in good and decent order This feedback is not to damage their business but to help them make it better so people who travel to Paris for their special occasion, lived in this city with pleasure and comfort.

I stayed at this apartment hotel from January 17-22, 2025. What I will say next is true. I do not intend to discredit them, but I criticize them so that they can improve the quality of the rooms. Guests who pay for accommodation must receive reasonable service for the money they pay. I will mention the pros and cons of this accommodation as follows: Pros: The hotel has complete facilities in the form of an apartment with a kitchen and complete cooking equipment such as a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, cups, bowls, plates, knives, glasses, etc. for cooking. The rooms are modern and have excellent security. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel is close to a large shopping center, the Lafayette Gallery, and the Opera Garnier, just a few minutes away. Staying at this hotel is in the center of tourist attractions. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and the Arc de Triomphe if you can. Because I have walked to all the famous check-in points of Paris. And it is also convenient to take the Roissy bus from the airport to the city and out of the city. Cons: During my stay after checking in, I changed rooms a total of three times because the condition of the equipment in the room was damaged. I guessed that the condition of the room was not checked before sending tourists to stay. What I found was The light bulbs were not changed before the guests checked in and the dining table was shaking like it was haunted. It was very dangerous if there were small children staying there. What I found, I talked to the front desk manager to improve the quality. Before selling the room, she checked every time. She promised me that she would do better. I tried to believe her. I really hoped that she would improve the room to make it more satisfying for the guests. Finally, I stayed in room number 415. My room had two double beds that were pressed together to be a single bed. I stayed alone at night and fell down in the middle of the bed, which was poorly made. The front desk manager upgraded my room to apologize for what I had encountered and it was the worst experience for me. I flew overnight from Asia, Bangkok, more than ten hours to Paris and I had to waste time with the incomplete room. Sometimes I felt sorry that I had paid for something like this. I could only keep it in my mind. At that time, I did not argue or be rude to them. I spoke to them with reason. I thanked the front desk manager for her determination to take care of this matter for me very well. However, I still recommend tourists to stay at this hotel for the convenience of travel and shopping, including many food sources to choose from. Suradech Rachawongse

房间太冷!我几乎被冻醒!

房间地板很脏!而且很冷!空调原本是21度,我去前台沟通了,才调高到24度,但依然冷!应该是空调坏了!所以体验太差了!而且不隔音,被走廊的噪音吵到!
