We are very happy to read that our location, our comfortable room, our breakfast and especially our friendly and helpful staff made your stay enjoyable. It is always encouraging to hear that guests are satisfied with our service because that is what we strive for every day. We are sorry to hear that the lighting in your room does not meet your expectations. Please note that we have other rooms overlooking the Saint-Lazare train station and the street that may better suit your needs. Regarding the hangers, you can ask the reception to bring more.
