I was here for a night last week, and overall this hotel met my needs. I was a bit surprised when I checked in at 4PM and my room was not ready yet. That said, within 20 minutes it was ready and I was good to go. As expected, the room was small. But, my bed was extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed it and had a good night's sleep. Bathroom was good and I appreciated that there was a walk in shower in addition to the tub. I had breakfast the next morning and it was good. Staff overall friendly and competent. This was a work trip so I was in and out, but the location was good for all the sites one comes to Paris to see. One thing - it's on the same street as the US embassy, so if you're coming in a taxi they'll have to call reception to ensure you can get access to the street, otherwise you just have to walk down the block. Pretty seamless but something to be aware of. Overall, a comfy stay with a very comfortable bed.

Five star stay in Paris.

We stayed here in August with our two boys just after the Olympics. The hotel was beautiful and they treated all of us very nicely from start to finish. The location is excellent for getting pretty much anywhere. Close to the Louvre and other major attractions as well as restaurants and shopping. The prestige suite was definitely big enough for our family and provided comfort after lots of walking and busy tourist days. The breakfast buffet was really excellent as was the service at the hotel bar. Really enjoyed our stay. They had a minor mixup with our bags at check out, but otherwise this was a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful experience from the time Alex, the bellman, ran down the block to get our luggage when the military wouldn't let our taxi drop us off at the door due to the Paralympics opening ceremony that day until we had to check out! We hated to leave. The staff was wonderful. Thanks to Gina who checked us in and answered our questions to Antonio and the concierge team who were always willing to give us recommendations when needed. The entire staff was so warm and friendly. The hotel is lovely and we loved the history behind the building. Wonderful breakfast and great location!

I have been to Paris more than 10 times and could compliment this hotel for its perfect location (which is close to the best stores in Paris and its main attractions but out of the touristic buzz), the top notch security, the impeccable cleanliness and spacious room, the amazingly comfortable bed, but nothing compares to the amazing staff of this hotel. This team goes beyond any hospitality expectation. They are caring, friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. My 2yo daughter was enthusiastic to greet them by name at breakfast and back from our tours. Even room service was able to make a simple dinner a memory. My daughter said her room service dinner was like a Beauty and the Beast banquet (because of the cloches) and when they heard that they send her a red rose on the room. Could never imagine coming back to another hotel in Paris.

The Sofitel Le Faubourg was wonderful to us! I want to especially commend Consierges Camille Piatte and Thomas Dondaine for their service. Our bags were unfortunately lost on our way to Paris. Both Camille and Thomas were incredibly helpful contacting the airline's lost bag service and even calling the courier assigned to deliver the bags. This was so helpful since I don't speak French and we needed clear communications in order to get the bags back while we were staying in Paris at the Sofitel. The restaurant, rooms, beds, and overall accommodations are also exceptional. And you couldn't ask for a better neighborhood for shopping and safety!
