Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel which is very well located! Great attention to details when it comes to amenities placed in the room for the birthday of my Girlfriend. The team is very helpful and no request is to much. Special thanks to the Front Office team for the friendly assistance, Concierge team for the wonderful suggestions and the Guest Relations team (Anne and Team) for the fantastic amenities in the room!

Horrible client service

Very disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. Booked through Amex travel for three rooms and the hotel was paid for three rooms. Upon check in, they asked for a card for incidentals which we gave them. When we arrived home, we realized they additionally charged our card for the entire stay despite having pre-paid with Amex. It took over a week to get a response from anyone in the office at which point they said we would need to contact Amex. For a hotel that prides itself on being 5 star- it is not. Their communication and customer service is not good. Plenty of other hotels that value client loyalty and experience in Paris- I recommend you spend your money there.

Great location in Paris and convenient location for shopping. Good service where the staffs are very attentive and helpfull. Beautifull room and a nice Gym.

Parisian Elegance in a Welcoming, Chic Boutique Hotel

Charming, elegant, welcoming environment from the moment we entered the Sofitel Le Faubourg in Paris! Gina at check in upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was Parisian chic and fabulous. Thomas, our concierge extraordinaire, was always gracious and helpful in offering restaurant ideas, arranging personal car service, mapping out local sites and lovely cafes to visit. Brendan was ever so charming and helpful at the desk as well. The Sofitel is located on private street with armed guards at either end due to Pres Macron's Elysee Palace sitting right around the corner. Such a luxurious, safe, and prestigious area of the city.. we felt like VIP's every time we taxied in and gave our names to the guards so we could pass! Breakfasts were fantastic.. a beautiful array of healthy and delicious choices adorned a charming atmosphere.. and made to order omelets or French dishes were offered as well. The lovely brunette woman greeting us there every morning is an absolute gem, remembering our names and preferences, and our travel partners. Johan, who served my favorite tea and omelet each day, was a pleasure to see and his service was exquisite. The morning he learned we were leaving he came out to the car to say a special good bye.. we will never forget that! Camille helped my sister step by step with a trip to urgent care when she felt unwell, as well as offering to have a doctor come to the hotel if she preferred. My sister sang her praises for days! It felt like a luxurious home, being greeted personally each time we came and left. We highly recommend staying in this fabulous Parisian hotel!

The staff is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated and large. Breakfast is excellent. Location is phenomenal to shopping, museums, sites. Front desk shoutout to Maria and Francesca. Well priced for a five star hotel.
