Please accept our sincerest apologies that your stay fell far below expectations — particularly on such a special occasion as a wedding. We understand how disappointing it must have been, and we are truly sorry for the shortcomings you encountered. We deeply regret that the suite did not meet your expectations in terms of condition, air quality, and comfort, as well as the confusion regarding the extra bed for your child. It is also very concerning to hear about the delays and inconsistencies in service at our pool bar. Please rest assured this has been shared directly with the relevant department heads for immediate review and corrective training. We also want to inform you that our hotel has now officially commenced a much-needed renovation. This comprehensive refurbishment has been carefully planned to address many of the very issues you have highlighted — from outdated room designs to service flow and facility standards.
