Staff friendly and professional. Secure parking. Hotel immaculately clean. Spa, pool, gym. Restaurant food was good. Room was spacious with complimentary tea, coffee and chargable mini bar, bed large and comfortable. Bathroom complimentary toiletries

We've stayed at the Pullman for over 20 years, always a great experience. Only bad experience was your food. You used to have a great dinner buffet along with the breakfast buffet. We went to the dinner buffet, dining room empty, told meals were downstairs, went downstairs, choice was chinese khaw tom or order from menu. Wife ordered french onion soup with garlic bread, I ordered hungarian soup with garlic bread. 20 minutes later, french onion was a huge bowl with half a cup of soup! One tiny piece of bread. My soup was fine. Bill 650 baht.
