Room not ready on arrival to the hotel. House keeping non existent. And to top it off, we had a charge on our credit card of $37.74 after we checked out. I contacted the hotel regarding the charge. I was informed that it was for a breakfast. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. They said they would investigate the signature on the docket and get back to me. I have had no communication since, which was two days ago.

We stayed for three nights as a part of a full New Zealand trip. Our room was cleaned daily and well, though the carpets were stained and the outdated bathroom showed signs of wear. The laundry facilities were free which was a bonus, though the washing machines and dryers were not very clean. A good place for a stop off for a few days, but not a long term stay.
