No valet parking, no one to help with luggage. You guys should be prepared for international travellers who come with long plans and huge luggage suit cases. Atleast have a valet to park cars (charge for it) and a bell boy to help with luggage. Also your breakfast team is bad. The guys are more interested in removing the plates than helping anyone with anything. Over all poor service team. Poor hospitality.

Staff appear disinterested. Room was dirty, stained carpets, worn out bed and linens. A/C ducts need to be cleaned (dust triggered sneezing and sore eyes). Staff tried to charge $150 extra at checkout. Very bad experience. This hotel falls well below the brand standard.

Hotel needs renovation. Bathrooms are old and outdated

The hotel is kn a great location. Close to the lake and eat street for dining. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Gurinder assisted us in resolving our issues and ensured that our stay in Rotorua was very pleasant and positive. The rooms were clean, and the spa, gym and swimming pool were excellent. The hotel offered a good selection of breakfast and dinner options. However, there may be room for improvement regarding the freshness of their pastry selections and salads.
