Last minute booking for something very close to town. Not worth the price double the normal and first ever giving credit card details incase they said, what about my risk of card being used!

Not a very friendly welcome, and quite poor service (except dinning experience they were great and the food very nice).

You should never allow anyone to stay in room 126 until the room is renovated. Thank goodness we were able to change rooms immediately.

Location was great -- but cleanliness in room can be improved as Bathroom was very deteriorated from overall Novotel standard.
