Stayed for 2 nights in March. Good location, very close to lake and Eat Street. Room was large and generally clean although being on first floor the description of having a “lake view” was a bit of stretch. Decor a little tired. Had to ask front desk to supply towels for the mineral pools as they weren’t there on either visit. Gym looked well equipped , but I didn’t use. Sunday breakfast was mayhem - people working the line both directions or just jumping in. Monday breakfast was much quieter but most of the tables suitable for 2 had not been cleared.

Been here before 8 years ago and loved the bed back then. Still the same :) Lovely staff, room was nice, had a lovely night in the bar with a 2-piece band and awesome atmosphere. Loved the spa but had to ask for more towels. And when I room was cleaned Sunday, we woke Monday morning to have a cup of tea and there was no milk. So that was the only downfall.

Completely ruined by a local indigenous member of the public using the facilities racially abused our children and a fellow guest then attempted to start a physical confrontation following the altercation.
