All of the staff made every effort to make my stay excellent. The concierge (s) were wonderful. The room itself had a few issues: door to balcony difficult to manage, lumpy mattress pad, lotion in bathroom broken.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and found the food and the staff to be of great quality. the only disappointment was the gym which is woefully below the standard of the rest of the hotel. if that improves then my visits at the Santa Clara will be more worthwhile. Thank you

Everything was espectacular, the buffet for reakfast with ample variety of delicious foods, excelent and knowledgeable staff , the facilities were excellent starting for the pool was great, we had our anniversary celebration here, as we had our honeymoon here as well 19 years ago and we will be back for sure!
