The staff provided an impeccable service since the moment we entered the hotel, all the way til the end of the evening and the food was delicious, every plate was unique and flavorful, it was a beautiful experience, plus the hotel grounds are just beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at Sofitel Santa Clara. The location is perfect! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and the tour of the hotel was excellent. Our suite was spacious and perfect for our family of three. Breakfast at The Jardín had a lot of variety, the food was delicious. We will definitely visit Cartagena again and look forward to it.

Hotel is very well located, service is excellent and common areas (pool, patio, restaurant, bar) are outstanding. However, the rooms are below what is expected of a Sofitel hotel (old, small, lacking renovation).

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Sofitel. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. The peace of resistance, however, is the atrium and the dining area that surrounds it.
